Clients rely on Joshua Nunnally for counsel on property and title related matters including handling both commercial and residential closings, interpreting contracts and drafting legal documents including deeds, easements, deeds of trust, releases and other real estate related documents. Clients have come to rely on Joshua’s down to earth attitude and ability to speak plainly on even complex matters. He values ensuring his clients fully understand the effect of the work he does on their behalf. Regardless of the size or complexity of the transaction, he always takes a personal approach with the client to ensure they meet their specific goals.

Joshua graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2016. When he is not at work, Joshua enjoys cheering for UT’s various sports teams, spending time with his wife and two boys, reading and working outside.

James is a graduate of Georgia State University College of Law in Atlanta. Since graduating in 2016, James has worked in real estate as a closing attorney and title curative. He relocated to Ringgold, GA in 2020 with his wife, two daughters, and their dog Felix.

Nathan grew up in Cleveland, TN. He began a career in real estate at the age of 19. After many years of growing his own business, he transitioned to a leadership role at Keller Williams in Chattanooga. Since then, he has spent more than 14 years coaching agents and leading a leadership team in both Downtown Chattanooga and Portland, OR. He enjoys singing in conversation and long weekends with his wife and three children at their cabin in Andrews, NC.

UNDERWRITER

David grew up in the Marion County and Hamilton County areas. He has over 4 years in the title industry, He has experience in processing of files, balancing with lenders, knowledge of title searches, underwriting processes, closing processes, shipping, and preparing final policies. David has an eye for detail, he is committed to delivering exceptional customer service, he strives for knowledge in the title industry. In his spare time, David enjoys, cooking, decorating, arts and crafts, and cruising to exotic places, he also enjoys taking care of his rescue dog Twila.

FINAL POLICIES MANAGER

Abbi has been in the Georgia/Tennessee area for her entire life, she was brought into this industry in January of 2022 and found a love for the “behind the scenes” of title and continues to learn new skills and grow in the title industry every day.

She and her husband reside in Soddy Daisy with their chickens and two cats, Elli Mae and Lil’ Pete. In her free time you can find her exploring the lakes of Tennessee in her kayak, bird watching, or testing out new recipes in the kitchen.

Escrow Accountant & Bookkeeper

Julie moved from her hometown of Natchez MS to TN in 2002 and started her career in the Business Office at Lee University, while also studying accounting. In 2007, she joined the real estate industry and she’s been in it is ever since! She and her husband Rick live in Chattanooga and when they’re not working, they are spending time with some combination of their two dogs, 3 daughters and 4 grandbabies.

TITLE OFFICER/PARALEGAL

Darlene has been married to her husband Tim for 31 years, and they have raised their daughters in Chattanooga. She has a Paralegal Degree from Chattanooga State Community College and has worked in the Real Estate title industry and Underwriting for 9 years. Her hobbies include her grandchildren, reading, sewing, cooking, and baking.

Escrow Accountant

Will is a seasoned Escrow Accountant with over a decade of experience in the title industry. With a career spanning over 13 years, Will has worked almost every position within a title company, gaining invaluable insight into every aspect of the title process. He currently lives in Chattanooga with his partner and their cats. His favorite hobby is traveling and discovering new destinations!

SHIPPING AND RECORDING MANAGER

Melissa is a seasoned professional in the title insurance industry, bringing over 8 years of experience to her role. Throughout her career, she has developed a deep understanding of title searches, underwriting, and closing processes, ensuring smooth transactions for clients and lenders. Melissa is known for her attention to detail, strong communication skills, and commitment to delivering exceptional service. She and her husband Michael live in the Hixson area with their service dog, Ella, and 2 cats, Adi Grace, and Knox. In her spare time, you can find her shopping with her daughter, traveling to visit her son, or napping…but not in that specific order! 

UNDERWRITER

Kearra grew up in Orlando, Florida, and moved to Chattanooga, Tennessee, in 2018 with her high school sweetheart and husband, their two children, and five dogs to be closer to family. She has worked in the title industry since 2021 and thoroughly enjoys it.

Her hobbies include spending time with her family, caring for her dogs and chickens, propagating houseplants, traveling, and trying new restaurants.

Order Entry Specialist

Amber has been in the industry for about 6 years, beginning in Southern California and loving it ever since. After falling in love with Chattanooga, she decided to continue her career here and couldn't be more excited. Amber's favorite part about the job is interacting with clients and watching her peers succeed. On the weekends you can find Amber hiking with her wife & their two dogs or cooking her favorite dishes!
